Gift of Righteousness

The Benefits of Your Right Decision..

Adam and Eve made one mistake and lost it all.
You were born a sinner because of their wrong action.
Jesus, by one right action [The Cross], got it all back.
You got saved by one right decision, you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

By the mistake of the one man, we all became sinners… but we receive God’s gift of righteousness and so we reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!
[ Romans 5:17 ]

You received righteousness as a gift.
There are only two ways to be righteous.
You behave perfectly or you receive it as a gift.
In the Old Testament Satan argued with God about a man called Job.
God said Job was a righteous man. [Well behaved].
Satan said that Job was only behaving because things were going well.
Jobs righteousness was based on behaviour.
God knew that even a perfect person can still sin because of pride, that is how Satan sinned.
Satan also knew that men blame God when things go wrong.
We are not like Job, we have received our righteousness as a gift.
Even when we make mistakes, our righteousness is still there.
Our righteousness is a legal righteousness.

In Australia you have to get permission to build a house from the local authority [Council].
If you build a house without a legal permit, the Council can demolish your house.
You can take the Council to court to argue your case, but if you lose, you are in trouble.
If something is built without permission, it can be pulled down.
If you have been given righteousness, the Courts of Heaven will rule in your favour.

The influence of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous,
[ Psalm 125:3 ]

God will treat you on the basis of your gift of righteousness, not your behaviour,
Satan will argue that you are a bad person, but you can argue your case on the basis of the righteousness that has been given as a gift, not a righteousness that is earned.
God has made you legally righteous, so that you will treated in His Court as if you are a perfect person.
You know you are not perfect in behaviour and so does God.
But the Cross of Christ was a legal action that satisfied Justice, and your salvation decision was a legal decision.
God gave you permission to build a new life.

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
[ 2 Corinthians 5:17 ]

Your new house [New Life] can stand. because it is illegal for Satan to attack a righteous person.
He cannot demolish you, but you can demolish him.
A righteous person [ You ] will always win over an unrighteous person [Satan].
Because your legal argument is stronger than his legal argument.
You always win in court and you always win in life.
And any stronghold in your life that he has built must be demolished immediately.

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.
On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.
We demolish arguments.
[ 2 Corinthians 10:4,5 ]

Don’t be double-minded about your righteousness.
Here is another scripture.

Not having any righteousness of my own derived from [my obedience to] the Law and its rituals.
But that [genuine gift of righteousness] which comes through faith in Christ.
The righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith.
[my one right decision to believe in Jesus].

[ Philippians 3:9 ]

Congratulations on your one right decision..!!

Satan has no legal permission to attack you.
Because you have the gift of righteousness.
In Jesus name and by the authority that has been given to you.
You can command the enemy to leave your house today.
Whatever Satan has built, must be demolished.
Because it is illegal.
