Old Missionary Stories

Old Time Missionary Testimony.

“The incredible journey that God has led us on.”
Eighteen years have passed since we embarked on the first trip, carrying the vision that God had placed in our hearts.
Today, I want to share with you the undeniable evidence of God’s faithfulness to that vision.

As we set out on this journey, we were filled with anticipation and excitement, but also with a deep sense of responsibility.
The vision was not just about our own desires, but it was a calling to bring hope, healing, and the message of God’s love to those who needed it the most.
The months each year spent right among the people were not without challenges, but God’s faithfulness shone brightly through it all.

One question that often lingers in our minds is, “Was God faithful to the vision?”
Did He allow the children to suffer in the years that followed?
Today, I stand before you to declare with unwavering confidence that not a single one of our children has died.
God, in His infinite mercy, has protected and blessed them.
The journey, though not without its trials, has been marked by the unmistakable hand of God.

In these eighteen years, we have witnessed miracles of healing, moments of divine intervention, and a level of favour and blessing that we could have never imagined.
Our children have experienced good health, and the community we have built together has been a testament to God’s grace.

I am reminded of the words of a sweet fair-haired little girl who, with innocence and excitement, said, “Oh, won’t it be lovely, father, when the whole map is red?”
The map represents the reach of God’s love and healing through our ministry, and indeed, God has painted it with His grace.

As we reflect on our journey, it’s important to acknowledge the ministries that contributed to the success of the Revival.
Gordon Lindsay, the founding editor of the Voice of Healing, alongside his friends Jack Moore and Anna Jean Moore, played a crucial role.
The Voice of Healing became the catalyst and voice of the movement, spreading the message far and wide.

In conclusion, let us give thanks for God’s unwavering faithfulness. The evidence is clear — our children are thriving, our ministry has grown, and the impact of the Healing Revival has been felt far and wide.
May we continue to walk in faith, trusting that God’s plans are perfect, and His faithfulness endures forever.

Today, as we gather in the presence of our Lord, I am compelled to share a remarkable testimony of faith, provision, and the unwavering goodness of our Heavenly Father.
It is a story that revolves around a man whose life exemplified trust in God’s promises, a man who faced challenges with unshakable faith.

This man, our beloved brother, entered his study one day with an open Bible in his hand.
With conviction in his voice, he pointed to the words that echo through the ages, “My God shall supply all your need.”
It was not a mere recitation, but a challenge to himself and his wife. “Do we really believe this?” he asked.
And with that, they joined in asking God to meet a pressing need for an evangelist.

Only a few months later, the call came for him to meet his Master. Even in his death, he glorified the Lord as he did in his life.
He left behind a legacy, a testament to God’s faithfulness.
His widow and children were comfortably provided for, and a band of Christians stood witness to the opening of “windows of blessing” just as God had promised to the man who dared to “prove” Him.

Another great man’s journey began in the midst of the Welsh Revival on Nov. 20th, 1904, when he and his brother were converted under the evangelistic ministry of Glassnant Jones.
It was the prompting of Stephen’s son, Edward, who received the Spirit and spoke in tongues, that stirred this man’s heart to seek God for a deeper experience.

And soon after, he not only received a personal healing but also embraced a life dedicated to proclaiming the Good News.
His faith journey wasn’t without its trials, but in each challenge, he found God to be faithful.
His life became a living testament to the reality that God does indeed supply all our needs according to His riches in glory.

As we reflect on this testimony, let us be inspired to trust in the promises of our loving Father.
Let us dare to “prove” Him, knowing that He is faithful, and His word stands forever.
May the legacy of this faithful servant of God encourage us to walk in unwavering faith, trusting that our God is a provider, healer, and a keeper of promises.

Receive Your Wings To Fly

Overcoming shame and soaring into new heights.

Haman, once filled with pride, returned home with his head covered in defeat.
We are not like Haman, we can transcend the shackles of shame and guilt that hold us back.
Remember, there are two things that cannot change:
God’s promises and our potential in Christ.
We are not defined by our past mistakes or current struggles.
But by the love and grace that restores us.

I knew a piano tuner who lost his passion for his music.
Like him, many of us may have lost interest in our calling, our ministries, our dreams.
Just as God can restore that man’s joy,
He is also moving powerfully to bring “divine comebacks” into our lives.
This is not a time for despair, but for hope!
Get ready for a “recovering,” a rebuilding on a foundation stronger than ever before.

Now, some may compare their current struggles to past successes, feeling discouraged.
But remember, we must “compare apples with apples.”
The Lord is not comparing you to your yesterday, but to the glorious future He has for you.
He sees your potential, your strength, your ability to rise above.

The words we speak hold immense power.
When spoken with authority and faith, they carry the anointing of the Holy Spirit, the power to create and transform.
Let us use our words to build each other up, to speak life and hope into our situations, to declare the victory that is already ours in Christ.

The Lord whispers, “Out of the cage, receive your wings to fly higher.”
We are no longer trapped by limitations or doubts.
We are sons and daughters of the living God, freed from the bondage of sin and shame.
Let us spread our wings and soar into the boundless skies of His promises.

Like Moses on the mountain, we may be called to encounter God’s fire, a fire that refines, heals, and delivers.
Embrace this encounter, for it is in the depths of surrender that true restoration takes place.
You will emerge from the flames transformed, renewed, and ready to soar.

Remember, choosing to follow Jesus is the best decision you will ever make.
It is not a one-time event, but a journey of continuous growth and transformation.
Let go of the past, embrace the present, and step into the future with confidence, knowing that you are loved and empowered.

The enemy may try to steal your dreams, your purpose.
But just as the Holy Spirit was promised and delivered, so too will your desires be fulfilled in God’s timing.
The old ways are being replaced by the new, and we are invited to participate in this exciting transformation.

This is not a time for doubt or apathy.
Like a father encouraging his daughter to move to the next level.
God is cheering you on, urging you to take that step of faith, to claim your victory.
Remember, you are a child of God, declared righteous and free.
Let your faith soar, and watch as God rearranges your life, granting you wings to fly higher than ever before!

A message of hope, a message of faith, during uncertainties and challenges.
Many of us have felt the weight of pressure, the anxieties of the world, and perhaps even a sense of confusion in our walk with Christ.
The good news, a word from the Lord that ignites the embers of our dreams and rekindles our trust in His divine plan.

The scripture tells us, “Go away. The girl is not dead but asleep.”
This powerful message resonates with us today.
Often, the situations we face feel like death, like the end of our dreams.
But God reminds us that they are merely slumbers, temporary setbacks before a glorious awakening.

The enemy may try to steal our dreams, stifle our creativity, and hinder our gifts.
But the Lord declares, “A mighty outpouring of My Spirit is crashing into these very areas… WELCOME BACK!”
He invites us to return to that place of intimacy with Him, to see new landscapes, new designs, and new ways of operating in His freedom.

“Spend the next month believing to be a success.”
We are not alone; we have a God who can help us reach new heights.

“Let people help you reach a new level of financial increase.
Where the past restraints no longer exist.”
God desires to bless us abundantly, not in some distant future, but now, in this very moment.
“You are rewarded not condemned.
God has blessed you with every blessing.”

Yet, there will be wilderness seasons, moments of doubt and confusion.
As Moses experienced, things may seem to go backwards.
But remember, these are not setbacks, but opportunities for deeper growth, for refining our faith and aligning our hearts with His will.

Let us cast aside our anxieties and embrace the dreams God has placed within us.
Let us trust in the power of His Spirit.
And in the unwavering love He has for each one of us.
Let us dream with Him, knowing that He will turn our dreams into reality.

Remember, we are not alone.
We have each other, and we have the Lord.

Citizens of the Kingdom

A New Bowl of Revelation.

I know some of you might be thinking, “Sounds good, but is it true?
Can I really experience the acceleration, the favour, the destiny being spoken of?”

That is a fair question.
Faith often requires a leap, and sometimes doubt whispers in our ears.
But remember, doubt’s voice is not God’s voice.
Just as the prophet Elisha needed a new bowl to receive revelation, we need to cleanse our minds and focus on God’s promises.

Think of the story in Acts 10, when the Holy Spirit descended on Cornelius and his household.
They were not expecting it, and initially, Peter was hesitant.
But God does not discriminate based on expectations or past experiences.
Next time you step out in faith, He might just bring a crowd with you!

Remember the “dream stealer” story?

Where a teacher snuffed out all the students’ dreams.
Maybe you have had similar experiences, feeling held back by doubt or limitation.
But take heart! God is removing those restrictions.
Like a seed breaking through the soil, your potential is ready to blossom.

Don’t let fear keep you hidden.
The time for acceleration is here.
Embrace the secret place, deepen your connection with God through prayer and meditation.
Hear His voice thundering, “Prioritize the secret place!”

Daughters and Sons of God, hear this:
The birthing is happening!
You are entering a season of fulfilment.
Don’t back down!
Embrace your power and walk through the doors of opportunity.

Progress takes time, like building a house with care and precision.
But remember the beautiful fence adorned with flowers.
Even obstacles can become testaments to God’s grace.

This is not about instant gratification, but about sustainable transformation.
God’s love, like His Son’s sacrifice, is unconditional and eternal.
This is the source of true joy.

So let go of scepticism.
Embrace the coming favour, unleash your potential, and claim your God-given destiny.
Don’t wait until “they come to their senses,” step out now and share your light with the world.

Remember, the experience of God is unique and personal.
Only He knows what He wants to say to you today.
Listen with an open heart, and step into the amazing future He has planned.

Today, I want to emphasize a profound truth that often escapes our understanding:
God didn’t make salvation conditional on our good behaviour.
In the Old Testament, we see a history of God’s people striving to meet the demands of the law, yet falling short.
It is in the New Testament, through the grace and sacrifice of Jesus Christ, that we find a salvation not based on our behaviour.

Life is filled with uncertainties, be it in a car accident, a workplace incident, or any unexpected challenge.
However, we are reminded today that we have fought hard.
It is a moment of accelerated divine positioning, where we declare a financial harvest and expect God’s abundant blessings.

In our journey, it’s essential to recognize that God’s plan for us is not limited by our own understanding.
We don’t need to rely solely on our efforts.
The Apostle Paul, in the face of adversity, questioned the legality of his treatment as a Roman citizen.
Similarly, we are citizens of the Kingdom of God, and we can boldly approach our Heavenly Father with our concerns and requests.

Sometimes, the most common blockage in the local church can be the focus on budgets and business decisions by the board of elders. Let us not forget to make room for the moving of the Holy Spirit in our midst.
The Spirit’s guidance is crucial for the flourishing of God’s work in our community.

As believers, we must guard our hearts from doubt and unbelief. God’s promises are true, and as we declare a release of His blessings, let us do so with unwavering faith.
Evangelists understand the simplicity of their calling: to share the good news of salvation and the transformative power of God’s love.

We are in a season of divine intervention, where God is shaking and revealing hidden things within His Church.
Let us welcome this process, knowing that it leads to the manifestation of the beauty and Majesty of the Lord.
Whether in business, career, or personal life, the season of reward has begun.

In times of uncertainty, let the hope of heaven inflate our spirits, enabling us to soar above the circumstances of life.
Just as the Israelites failed to inquire of the Lord before making decisions, may we seek God’s guidance in all aspects of our lives.

As we stand united, let the compassion of the Lord Jesus Christ touch us, beginning and completing the healing process.
I declare a release of God’s provision every week, and I encourage you to hold on to the promises.

This is our big speaking opportunity, not just with words but with the testimony of our lives.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as we journey together in faith and obedience.
